BNBRank provides AI-powered SEO optimisation for Airbnb listings. We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 to use BNBRank.
• You confirm you have the right to optimise the listings you connect.

Don't use BNBRank to violate Airbnb's terms, post illegal content, scrape competitors, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI engine.

• Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days for EU customers.

We work hard to improve your rankings, but Airbnb's algorithm is outside our control. We don't guarantee specific ranking positions or booking volumes.

BNBRank's software, branding, and AI models remain our property. You retain ownership of your listing content.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in Amsterdam courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
